Census Data

According to the US Census Bureau, the average family size for a married couple with children in 2007 was 4.17 people. Within that same household, there was an average of 1.91 people under the age of 18. The average household size dropped to 2.77 people for a single male parent household (average number of people under 18 was 1.52), and 3.07 people for a single female parent household (1.78 people under 18).
